Titan Gym offers cardio equipment, weights, exercise machines and a variety of mixed martial arts classes.

 

Classes for adults are kickboxing, Brazilian jui-jitsu and wrestling, taekwon do, sparring, and grapling.

 

The youth classes are Tiny Titans (age 3-5) and Little Gladiators (age 6-12) and they combine different martial arts techniques.

 

Gym membership without classes is $20 a month.

 

Gym membership with classes is $50 a month.

 

The classes are fun and challenging and they help develop strength and character especially for the youth. PJ Bonner who owns the gym and instructs all of the classes is dedicated to providing the best martial arts education with the most physically demanding and rewarding workouts.

 

PJ Bonner is a Pro Fighter who workouts at Westside MMA in Little Rock when he is not teaching classes. A membership at Titan Gym means access to a professional.
